What if my offer didn't credit?
- Make sure you completed the offer with all the listed requirements.
- Most offers are instantly credited, but not all. Wait a bit, maybe it's just delayed.
- If you have still not received your points, contact our partner, over them you have completed the offer. Attach an screenshot of your offer completion as evidence.
You can upload your screenshot to imgur.com and post the link in the message field.
If you have received an activation email from the offer, copy it into the message field as well.
How can I contact a partner?
All of our partners have their own support teams. This means the response times will vary depending on the partner you contact for support.
If neccessary, you can create multiple support tickets with various partners at the same time.
